We are in Texas visiting Grandma. Evan was amazing on the plane ride here. He slept the entire time. I had to wake him up when we landed so we could exit the plane.
Upon our arrival, we were greeted by Grandma and Grandpa. Evan was all smiles! He was so happy to see his Grandma. This trip has been great for him. It has been neat to see how well he responds to new people. He is all smiles and laughs.
Evan is so close to rolling over. We are hoping it happens this week! Lastnight he was rolling from his back to his side. His arm would get caught and keep him from actually rolling all the way over.
His sleeping is better here. He has been waking up once a night for a feeding and then sleeping until 7am (going to sleep around 8pm). I think is is because it is so nice and quiet. No loud neighbors, no creaky floors and plenty of air conditioning!
We are making "porcupine meatballs" for dinner and hanging tight today at home. There are thunderstorms in the area today. It has been fun to relax and watch the weather channel awaiting for the weather to arrive. Evan heard his first thunder today. He may see his first storm before this day is over.
Grandma bought Evan a new chair that helps him to sit up. He loves it. We sat him at the center of the table for all of our meals.
