Still Standing...

Today was a big day. Evan was in his crib and pulled himself to standing all by himself. I was there to see the huge grin on his face when he realized what he had just accomplished. He let out a giggle! He looked at me and then at his own two hands holding himself up and laughed. It was so amazing. It was one of those first time moments that made me so glad I get to be home with him. (I have one of those everyday!).

He is so busy now climbing all over me and his Dad. He does the army crawl and still does get frustrated when he wants to sit or stand up from being on his tummy.

We had the baby proofer come to the house to help us figure out all of the things we need to do. The good news is that we are in pretty good shape. It was an eye opener for me about how careful I need to now be about dropped change, pencils and any small object that can be a choking hazard. Life is changing!
