We are getting into a groove now. I can look at you and usually figure out why you are crying...you really only cry out of hunger, need for diaper to be changed or the new one...I'm bored and need movement!
I think I saw a real smile yesterday. A friend of mine who has a three month old told me the difference between the first smiles of gas and a real smile is that the real smile takes over the entire face. This smile yesterday did that. You showed me your gums and the smile went across your face from ear to ear.
The days go by so fast. I can't get over it. We take a walk everyday and you have been staying up for them. In the past, you would go right to sleep, now you just look around taking it all in. You like it when I leave the carriage open so you can see things around you and you can see me. You are much more alert and are tracking things and people with your eyes.
We have been doing tummy time. You are doing well with moving your head and pushing yourself up. I am sure you will do it by your 2 month check up. You are growing so fast. You are heavier than you use to be...I am sure you are 10 pounds now. I am just eating up everyday I spend with you. Looking at you in amazement. I still can't believe you are my baby! This week more than any other I have noticed a real attachment from you towards me. When someone else is holding you, you may start to get fussy but, as soon as you are in my arms it stops.
