You turned seven weeks yesterday. This week was a turn for us. You have slept thru the nite for three nights consistently with only waking up once each nite (4am). I can so deal with that!
You are talking! You gave me a tired cry for the first time today. I hadn't heard that before because usually you sleep so much and aren't awake long enough for me to hear one. But you are staying a wake for longer periods of time and things are changing. We went to Mommy and Me yoga this week. You were so cute laying there sleeping on the top of my mat. You are a joy.
You are getting longer and heavier. We like to do "lifts" and now you are getting to heavy to give you all the ones you like to receive. You respond now to tickles. Your Daddy has been trying and it is finally happening. Your eyes are still blue and we think they may stay that way. Tummy time is a big deal for us. We encourage you to lift your head and you keep trying or you chew on your hand!
This was a fun week as we brought you places and had you meet people. We took you to Daddy's work and had you meet Daddy's co-workers. They all took pictures of you on their iPhones.
You now have a line all around your head of no hair. As our friend Bryan-you look like you have male patterned baldness!
